Service of legal process is paramount to all legal procedures. Knowing how to have someone served and the papers to have them served with is important and I wish to make it easier for you. I will print and serve the papers you need, document the time and date of service with photographic proof when available, give you a Proof of Service as well as furnish a Proof of Service for the court (Virginia Court ONLY). If service is unable to be performed, a Proof of Non-Service will be given to you as well as the court. This can happen when you may not have the person's most current address or they have not provided a more current address to the court at no fault of your own. I will make this process as easy and worry free for you as possible and keep the legality of your litigation intact.
